They got us into an apartment within 72 hours they are nice and explain everything so you understand and they will answer all questions and it was a pleasure working with mikail very patient

When i moved in Aug of last year the landlord was very nice and willing to help. Then he had left and McKenzie came in and she had took the apartments and ran with it she’s been very helpful. This is a very pet friendly atmosphere and the kids have a safe pace. I had signed an another year lease and the apartments are brand new and the place to come I love it and so many more to come.

The reason to live here
I have been a resident of Homestead Landing since they first opened last year one thing that I can say about this place it is family friendly. I enjoy that management Mckenzie. She is a fantastic manager. I also like the idea of the places being new and being clean. I enjoy coming home to a safe environment. I just signed another year lease here to live here another year. I love it here it’s a dog friendly and also kids have fun here as well. Come and check it out for your self’s and make it your home. Home stead is the place to move to.

McKenzie got me approved to move in within 24 hours! After living in a hotel and bouncing around for over a year and a half, I finally have somewhere I can call home. AND I’m allowed to have my 2 emotional support babies. I love how these apartments are pet friendly and I love how understanding the staff are. A far, things are good. I am looking forward to staying here and meeting all the neighbors! Very quiet at night as well!

Mikail made my move-in process super easy. She really helped me navigate the paperwork side of things which is usually the most difficult part. Kudos to her and the team.

The property was so clean and nice. I’d highly recommend to apply to this property!!! The lady’s in the office were so nice and very helpful.

When I called to get information about relocating down here to Price the young woman I talked to on the phone was so helpful and answered all my questions no matter how dumb they were. Super helpful.
