We absolutely love living here! The apartments are beautiful, modern, and well-maintained, and you can tell a lot of care went into the property. Management (McKenzie) has been amazing—friendly, responsive, and truly helpful whenever we’ve had questions or needed anything. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which makes a huge difference. The community feels safe, quiet, and welcoming, and it’s been a wonderful place for our family. We’re so happy we chose this apartment complex and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I cannot say enough good things about Fernando. From the moment I started the application, he was my primary point of contact and made the entire process seamless. He was incredibly easy to reach and consistently fast with his follow ups. What impressed me most was his patience, he was extremely tolerant of my many questions, walking me through every step of the paperwork with a professional and helpful attitude. The high level of service didn’t stop once I moved in. Mckenzie has been an absolute delight to work with. Anytime I call the office with a question, she is incredibly sweet and eager to help. It’s rare to find a management team that remains this attentive and kind after the lease is signed! The apartments themselves are fantastic. They are modern and cozy. More importantly, as a parent, I feel this is a safe welcoming community for my children. If you are looking for a beautiful place to live with a management team that actually cares, I highly recommend Homestead Landing!

For being in Price these apartments feel like a home! We're so thankful for the staff for getting our family moved in asap. The management is great at communication, if you have questions they answer it! The price is just right for these apartments as well, due to the fact we're a family of 5 and spent 600.00 every two weeks at a Laundromat. That being said Homestead Landing is a brand new complex, comes with brand new appliances, a pool, year round hot tub, best of all a nice brand new gym! I highly recommend moving into these apartments! It's the best decision my husband and I made for our family!
